A retired U.S. Navy veteran and former American Airlines leader, Steven has spent his career helping others grow—first as a leader, and now as a publisher.

As an author, speaker, podcaster, and leadership consultant, Steven knows that every great book begins with a story worth sharing. His mission through Trading Life Publishing is simple: to help people trade hesitation for action, and transform their life experiences into words that inspire others.
